Return and Refund Policy

1. Non tea products

·Return conditions: Unopened goods must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

·Freight: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

·Liability period: Only issues reported within 14 days of receipt will be accepted, and we will not be held responsible for any delays.

2. Tea products (returns not accepted)

·Reasons for not accepting: dislike for taste, vintage differences, natural changes in tea leaves (such as tea oil leakage, bamboo leaf staining), etc.

·Suggestion: Try the sample before purchasing, and it is recommended to purchase a small amount of new tea batches.

3. Tea set products

·Reason for not accepting returns: Differences in glaze color/capacity compared to picture, lid fit, pouring time, etc

Tip: The pictures are for reference only, and the actual color may vary depending on the production batch or shooting lighting.

4. Order modification and cancellation

·Cancellation before shipment: A 5% cancellation fee will be charged (covering transaction fees).

·Order editing: If you need to add or remove products or modify information, please contact customer service for free processing (no cancellation required),

·Change payment method after payment: A 5% cancellation fee still needs to be paid, and there may be a delay in the refund of the original payment

5. Other precautions
Discount code: must be entered before checkout, cannot be added or refunded afterwards.

·Transportation issue: It is normal for a small amount of tea to break, and the vacuum seal may fail. Therefore, a refund will not be issued

·Customer service lead time: Not available 24 hours a day. It is recommended to confirm the order is correct before submitting.
